In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly. Place the mixture in a slow cooker. Cover & cook on low for 4 hours.
If desired, serve over rice or orzo.
Cost per serving (1/4 lb.): .75 cents (serves 4)

I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and it came out great!!

Do the chicken breasts have to be thawed first, or is there a time difference to cook them frozen?
