How long will these refried beans stay good in the refrigerator? Have you frozen these for future use? If so, how do you go about thawing them?

:'( I tried your Creamsicle Tapioca Pudding, and the recipe needs to be corrected. I made it exactly as written, and after two days, it never did set up. The flavor is totally awesome, but the texture was like soup. I checked the cooking directions on my bag of tapioca, and it says to use ONLY TWO CUPS OF MILK to 1/2 cup of tapioca. So it should have stated 1 cup of tapioca to the 4 cups of coconut milk to make is set up. Because the flavor was so good, I will make it again with those corrections.

Not sure that 1 cup of beef stock is enough to make a stew but it smells delicious!

I am making this soup now. I made a couple changes:

I am out of cumin (a shame, really, but I didn't realize it until I was already putting the soup together) and I omitted the red pepper; instead, I used a huge white onion. Also, I added a can of hot Rotel to my salsa/broth mixture; I only had about a half jar of salsa anyway. I added chile ancho powder and smoked paprika, and I used skinless boneless thighs instead of breasts. Although it seems like a lot of changes to the recipe, I think it will be similar enough. I can't wait to taste it!

Yum! My entire family loved this. Tasted like On The Border's pulled chicken. A favorite for us. I was lazy and didn't make the homemade taco seasoning rather just used a taco seasoning packet & was out of garlic so didn't use it. Very moist and full of flavor. Thanks for sharing!
