Here's my homemade salsa recipe: 4 vine ripe tomatoes, chopped 1 small white onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chunked 1 T white vinegar 1 whole jalepeno, chopped (with or without seeds, depending upon heat you desire) Handful chopped cilantro, to taste pinch of kosher salt 1 T. black peppersqueeze lime juice (optional)
Put all in food processor and pulse until chopped well. Serve with chips, on tacos or with anything else you would eat salsa.
