Chicken Verde for Tacos or Burritos

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon cumin 1 tablespoon chili powder several minced garlic cloves 1 diced onion 1 can green chilis (mild) 1/2 jar green salsa (mild) 1 jar red salsa (your choice of heat)
*diced jalapenos optional
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Put chicken on the bottom and sprinkle spices over. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 or high for 6-8. Shred finely with two forks and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortillas, taco shells or over salad.

Can we get ounces of the green chilies, green salsa, and red salsa? Those are sold in a variety of amounts in Colorado.

i made something similar to this for a family labor day easy meal....i also added black beans and corn....wrapped in tortillas...yummy!!
