First of all- I must say I L-O-V-E the new forum! Thank you so much for making it possible! Second - I live in Germany and okra is not available. Any suggestions for another green substitute for this - would grean beans be ok?

TGK - That would be my best guess. I've had okra once in my life, but I'm pretty sure green beans would be the sub of choice. ~Tiffany
