Family Friendly Mexican Chicken

Dust chicken with flour it will help the sauce thicken a bit. combine all ingredients in slow cooker except for corn.
Put on slow for 8 hours or high for 4. (will depend on your slow cooker). In last half hour of cooking add the sweet corn and stir well. If it is not thick enough for your taste you can thicken by adding a mixture of cornflour (1 teaspoon) and water (1 tablespoon) once the mixture is in a paste stir into the chicken mixture.
We love to eat this with rice, salad and sometimes some sour cream.
