Really you can just throw in the 4 cans and Chicken Breasts and I am sure it would be the same result..But I like to put one can of the Rotel and one can of the Black beans in first. Place the chicken breasts on top of that and then put the remaining cans on top. The cream cheese option I actually just saw this week when looking at other recipe's I haven't tried it yet. But you would add the cream cheese for the last 45 mins. and stir it in. When the meal is done, take a fork to the chicken and it will shred immediately!
I believe all chicken recipes are the same in Slow cookers but I did
High Heat for 3 1/2 -5 hours or you can do Medium Heat for 8-10 hours
I like using this in quesadillas, wraps, burrito's, or just on its own.
I do Weight Watchers and this is only 3 points per serving!
