Chicken Tacos

Shred all together and serve as tacos with low-carb or whole wheat tortillas. I normally cook it all day on low, shred, add a little water and turn to high for a bit before eating.
Taco Seasoning
2 T Chili Powder 2 T Flour 2 t Cumin 2 t Oregano 1/2 t Onion Powder 1/2 t Garlic Powder 1/2 t Cayenne Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag and shake until completely mixed. Add to 1/2-3/4 cup water and stir then add to chicken mixture.
You can double it for this recipe if needed ( I like the taste of salsa and all the other things so well that this amount works for me)
