Lime Chicken Fajitas

mix lime juice and chili powder and pour over chicken breast in crock pot. Cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
Remove chicken from pot and shred (leave stock in pot) Add corn and salsa. Add shredded chicken back in and cook for about a half hour.
Serve on warm tortillas.
You can also add just about any kind of veggies to this to make it even healthier--- peppers, beans, etc.
