Stuffed Bell Peppers

Remove tops from bell peppers, seed and core.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Combine turkey, black beans, rice, corn and about 3/4 cup of the tomatoes plus some extra juice (keeps the turkey from getting dry). Add spices and mix well. Spoon into peppers. Place in crock pot. Cover with remaining tomatoes. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
