A family favorite served with brown rice and veggies.
1 cup apple juice 1 tbs honey* 2 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs cider vinegar 2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp chopped garlic 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 3 lb boneless pork loin, trimmed of fat
Mix all ingredients except pork together, pour into crock pot. Add pork, turning to coat. Cover and cook on low for eight hours. Meat will be very tender.

I made this for dinner tonight and I added some Granny Smith Apples (cubed) to the mixture as well. The house smelled AMAZING, I couldn't wait to try it, and it turned out DELICIOUS! The meat was so tender and the flavor was great. Even my husband loved it, who happens to be pretty picky eater

Do we know any of the nutritional facts about this recipe? I am doing Weight Watchers and wanted to try and calculate the points for a serving.

Maryunc - You can plug the recipe in on the WW web site. They have a recipe calculator there for you. The person who posted this did not offer that information. Sorry.
