I don't see why not. The timing may need to be adjusted, but other than that, it should do fine.

From Yahoo Answers: "Steel-cut oats are whole oat kernels cut into small chunks rather than being smashed flat as in oatmeal. This gives the oats more of a chew texture and also slows both cooking time and digestion time. "
So basically, you could use them, but the cooking time would be shorter and you may not need as much liquid, though that's just a guess.

Maryunc - You can plug the recipe in on the WW web site. They have a recipe calculator there for you. The person who posted this did not offer that information. Sorry.
